MoCCA (some memories)

oh, man.  MoCCA was sure a fun time. i enjoyed hanging with all of you.

Highlight for me was Leontine Greenberg‘s little girl Nina who spoke with me about the different types of heads she pretends she is… (because of Igloo Head and Tree Head, FYI). Rag Head was the first one that came to her mind.

Another highlight, of course, was Nathan’s $1 watercolor portraits.  those were sure popular.  geez.  and amazing looking.

here are some photo memories…

Nathan begins his very popular portrait paintings…

here are some of the portraits and their owners..

a lengthy line formed, you guys…

On Sunday, Nathan was not there.  So i drew a few portraits..  here is one of them..

anyway, thanks for coming, everyone!  you are all the best. collectively the best.

How did I miss the $1 portraits? No doubt your shiny arts distracted my little magpie eyes. One more year, one more of your little business cards taped to the edge of my Cintiq. One day I will collect them all. Thanks for the chat and the book/print! See you in San Diego!
